Matti is a full-time marketing automation and customer experience consultant who previously worked for CX text analysis company Etuma and for Nokia in the U.S. His main professional interest is using data to improve business processes and decision-making.

Matti enjoys writing, podcasts (especially on U.S. politics), golf, long walks with his wife and Jack Russell Terrier, and any kind of skiing.
